Lurberri Cider is a classic Basque Country cider from Northern Spain. 100% organic production Sagardoa (Basque for Cider) protected by the local Basque designation "Denomination of Origin Euskal Sagardoa." Harvested from 6 different varieties of native Basque apples: Txalaka, Mozolo, Gazi, Errezil, Gozo, and Moko which all grow in very close proximity to the sea. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks for a few short months and bottled unfined, unfiltered, no added sugars, and only 10ppm of SO2 at bottling.
